The unconscious must be cleaned. It must not be pre-burdened - it must not have seeds. Sabeej Samadhi is a Samadhi with seeds. A Samadhi with seeds means a Samadhi with your projections. It is not a Samadhi at all. It is just a name-sake. There is another term - Nirbeej Samadhi, a Samadhi which is seedless. Only a seedless Samadhi is Samadhi, which is authentic because there is nothing to be projected. It is not that you are projecting - something has come to you. You have encountered something. You have known something new, completely fresh, absolutely unknown before, not even imagined; because whatsoever you can imagine you can project. So knowledge is a hindrance in Samadhi and a person who is a 'knowing-person', can never reach Samadhi. You must not go burdened with knowledge. Preface hen you are not doing anything at all - bodily, mentally, on no level - when all activity has ceased and you simply are, just being, that's what medita- tion is. You cannot do it, you cannot practice it; you have only to understand it. Whenever you can find time for just being, drop all doing. Thinking is also doing, concentration is also doing, contemplation is also doing. Even if for a single moment you are not doing anything and you are just at your center, ut- terly relaxed - that is meditation. आज बहिर्मुख भौतिक शिक्षण पध्दती के कारण जगत में  ऐसा भ्रम निर्माण हो गया है की पद , पैसा , प्रतिष्ठा , और शरीर ,मन , विचार , बुद्धी ,तर्क तथा पांच इंद्रियो के माध्यम से सुख की प्राप्ति होती है l  इस समझ के कारण सब लोग extravert हो गये है , और extravert मन  कभी भी  आत्मज्ञान को उपलब्ध नही हो सकता l आत्मज्ञान का मतलब खुद के अस्तित्व के सभी स्तरों को   अपरोक्ष तरीके से  जान जाना l  शरीर हमारे अस्तित्वका  एक मात्र स्तर नही हैं , यह तो केवल अन्नमय कोष का स्तर  हैं , इसके नीचे और चार कोष हैं जो हमारे ही अस्तित्व के स्तर हैं , यह सभी  पांच कोष  हम  निचे दिये हुए तरीके से लिख सकते हैं  अन्नमय कोष (जागृती / conscious ) , जो  पांच भुतात्मक स्तर है। मनोमय कोष  (स्वप्न / sub conscious), जो  पृथ्वी तत्व छोड़ के बाकी चार तत्व रुपी स्तर है। प्राणमय कोष (सुषुप्ती / unconscious) ,  यह स्तर सिर्फ  दो तत्वसे बना है , आकाश तथा  वायू (प्राण )l विज्ञानमय कोष  (तुरिया / ब्रह्म / onconscious ) इस स्तर मे सिर्फ  आकाश तत्व predominantaly मौजूद रहता है l आनंदमय कोष  ( परब्रह्म  / nothingness ) यह स्तर च

     शिव ने कहा: आँख की पुतलियों को पंख की भांति छूने से उसके बीच का हलका पन ह्रदय में खुलता है। अपनी दोनों हथेलियों का उपयोग करो, उन्‍हें अपनी बंद आँखो पर रखो, और हथेलियों को पुतलियों पर छू जाने दो—लेकिन पंख के जैसे, बिना कोई दबाव डाले। यदि दबाव डाला तो तुम चूक गए, तुम पूरी विधि से ही चूक गए। दबाव मत डालों; बस पंख की भांति छुओ। तुम्‍हें थोड़ा समायोजन करना होगा क्‍योंकि शुरू में तो तुम दबाब डालोगे। दबाव का कम से कम करते जाओ जब तक कि दबाब बिलकुल समाप्‍त न हो जाए—बस तुम्‍हारी हथैलियां पुतलियों को छुएँ। बस एक स्‍पर्श, बाना दबाव का एक मिलन क्‍योंकि यदि दबाव रहा तो यह विधि कार्य नहीं करेगी। तो बस एक पंख की भांति।       क्‍यों?—क्‍योंकि जहां सुई का काम हो वहां तलवार कुछ भी नहीं कर सकती। यदि तुमने दबाव डाला, तो उसका गुणधर्म बदल गया—तुम आक्रामक हो गए। और जो ऊर्जा आंखों से बह रहा है वह बहुत सूक्ष्‍म है: थोड़ा सा दबाव, और वह संघर्ष करने लगती है जिससे एक प्रतिरोध पैदा हो जाता है। यदि तुम दबाव डालोगे तो जो ऊर्जा आंखों से बह रही है वह एक प्रतिरोध, एक लड़ाई शुरू कर देगी। एक संघर्ष छिड़ जाएग

स्मृति

            दांतों में छिपे रहस्‍य:  एक समबुद्ध का निजि अनुभव इन पिछले कुछ दिनों से मेरे दांतों में भयानक दर्द है। मैं बिलकुल भी सो नहीं पाया। घंटों लेटे रहते हुए मैंने अपने जीवन में पहली बार दांतों के बारे में सोचा। साधारणतया डेंटिस्ट, दंत चिकित्‍सक को छोड़कर दांतों के बारे में कौन सोचता है। जो मैं तुम्‍हें बताने जा रहा हूं वह तुम्‍हारे लिए और किसी भी सच्‍चे साधक के लिए अत्‍यंत मूल्‍यवान है। मैं नहीं समझता कि यह पहले कभी कहा गया है। संभव है कि किसी प्राचीन रहस्‍यशाला में इसकी जानकारी हो और इसे छिपा कर रखा गया हो। अधिक संभावना यह है कि यह जानकारी खो गयी हो। लेकिन मुझे ऐसी कोई जानकारी नहीं मिली। हालाकि मैंने इतनी खोज की है जितनी किसी भी व्‍यक्‍ति के लिए संभव है। तो इसे ध्‍यान से सुनो: दांतों के दर्द को मैंने सीने के मध्‍य से उठकर जबड़े की हड्डियों से होते हुए आते पाया। दाँत का दर्द आग की लकीरों की तरह दिखाई देता है, प्रकाश की लकीरों की भांति, और सीने तक जाता है। छाती में यह प्रकाश रोशनी का बड़ा गोला हो जाता है। छाती में यह पुंज प्रकाश की एक सरिता द्वारा एक अधिक विराट रोशनी से बड़े

His chief disciple P.D. Ouspensky relates that when Gurdjieff was working with him on this method and he was practicing for 3 months continuously this remembering of "I AM I AM I AM", everything stopped. Thoughts, dreaming, everything stopped. Only one note like music remained "I AM." But it was not an effort. This was a spontaneous activity going on. "I AM."
